I am in Switzerland for a gallery show and Advanced Style book signing. While walking through the streets of Bern I saw this wonderful lady with gorgeous red accessories. I hope to capture some more great Swiss style while I’m here.

I’m about to leave for Switzerland for a photo exhibit and advanced book signing at Flux Laboratory in Geneva. I’m so excited to see my photos installed in this wonderful gallery space. I was recently asked to participate in an online project developed by the company behind smart Car. The smart urban stage is a project that seeks visual answers to the question of how to build  a better city. They are using this online platform and working with creatives throughout the globe who pose questions about the future of our cities which are then answered by other  visual artists in their chosen medium. Myriam Laroche, founder of Eco Fashion Week posed the question, ” How can urban dwellers reNew the meaning of the word new?” As you know I think its very important to for us all to reprogram and renew how we think about aging and how we interact with older people. I ran into this glamorous, self described, “Queen of Accessories” on my way to Central Park. The Advanced Style ladies always tell me that accessories are the most important part of an outfit and this woman definitely does not disappoint. What is your favorite part of her outfit? ( I love her sunglasses and cane!)
