Beatrix Ost showed me some of her fitness secrets in between interviews for my new exhibition in Japan!

  • Now THIS is an exercise regime I can stick with!

  • Oh my, do NOT do these exercises if you have osteoporosis or osteopenia!!

  • These are simple and easy to do!
    Yoga would be another excellent exercise regime to do to maintain health, fitness, and flexibility….and as we age we all know how stiff we can get!!!

  • I wonder how she came up with the number 49 as being the optimal number of repetitions? I'm going to try those and see what happens.
